Photo and likeness. If you upload a photo, you confirm you have the right to use that person’s likeness and you authorize JoyShard to use it only to design and deliver this gift.

Payment. Concepts are free. You pay only after you approve a design.

Locked design. Before payment, you can request changes by replying to our email. After payment, the design is locked and cannot be changed.

Shipping. We ship to the following countries and regions: United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Austria, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Latvia, Estonia, Switzerland, Greece, Australia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, New Zealand, Thailand (Bangkok and other regions), Malaysia (East and West Malaysia), Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Angola, Senegal, Mauritius, Réunion, Madagascar, Seychelles, Zambia, South Africa. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you before you pay.

Photo upload. Upload a photo for a complimentary hand-drawn portrait sketch with a frame. Without a photo, no portrait or frame is included.

Delivery. Your gift is expected to arrive about 3 weeks after payment.

Damaged gifts. Contact customer support with your order details. We review each case and explain the next steps.

Your uploads. You are responsible for the rights to anything you upload. JoyShard is not liable for a photo or likeness you did not have permission to use.
